from www.creation.com Seminar starts at ~5:30. The size and structure of coral reefs has been a strong argument for evolutionists ever since Darwin's famous book on the subject. Since coral reefs are limited to shallow depths, evolutionists claim the presence of extinct coral reefs deep in the ocean and deep in the rock record are an inexplicable puzzle for young-earth beliefs, yet this is not nearly the challenge evolutionists make it out to be. We will analyze several important reef claims, including the buried "reefs" associated with oil in Alberta, the Capitan "reef" of Texas and New Mexico, the incredible "reef" thickness of Eniwetok Atoll, and the relative youth of The Great Barrier Reef of Australia, showing that the evidence fits the timescale given in the Bible.
Air Cavalry combat arms aviation commands in the Ohio Army National Guard commenced in the late 1960's with the formation of Troop D (air) 1/238 Cav, a part of the Divisional Cavalry Squadron for the 38th Infantry Division. Initially equipped with H-13s, H-34s and O-1s, in 1972 the unit transitioned to factory new OH58s and UH1Hs, and Vietnam veteran UH1B, C, and M model helicopter gunships. In the mid 70s "D Troop" reorganized into the 437th Aviation Company (attack helicopter) and went from 9 to 17 Huey Gunships (and 21 crews) and was assigned to the 73d Infantry Brigade (Sep). In 1978 the 437th Avn Co reorganized into the Attack Helicopter Troop, 107th Armored Cavalry Regiment. About the same time other aviation assets were also reorganized into Air Troop, 107th Armored Cavalry Regiment. In the early 1980's these two Air Cav commands transitioned to AH1S Cobra attack helicopters. In 1986 these two Troops, along with other aviation assets, were combined and reorganized into the Fourth Squadron, 107th Armored Cavalry Regiment (26 AH1S, 29 UH1H, and 27 OH58s). Following the casing of the colors of the 107th ACR in late 1993, 4/107ACR remained active until 1995 when it reorganized into UH60 and CH47 helicopter support commands, and thus after almost 30 years of service the Ohio Guard's Air Cavalry era came to a close. Ohio's Air Cav Troopers were some of the very finest men and women who ever served. These soldiers continually overcame adversity and long odds to perform ...
Aliens Colonial Marines has been officially delayed til the Fall of 2012. Sega says, "Aliens: Colonial Marines is a process of creativity and invention and those don't necessarily follow the structure of an assembly line. While setting clear goals, deadlines and predictions is helpful, they are often subjective. "We don't want to sacrifice the creative process just for the sake of following a blue print. We prefer to have the creative discovery shape that blue print because our goal is to make a great game, and we are prioritizing this goal over the previously targeted date."
In all of Mike's expeditions, human power and natural means only, were the driving forces. In this expedition, not much has changed. Motors: Pangaea's main 'motors' are 600m2 of sail. Yet because it must navigate the Polar Regions, it also has engines to travel through the sea ice -- but ones with low emissions, keeping true to the expedition's philosophy. For this, she was equipped for optional propulsion with twin robust diesel engines model Mercedes-Benz OM457LA, state-of-the-art in electronic management for fuel injection and emission control and which also comply with rigid standards for environment protection. The marine configuration of those engines was developed by Megatech in Brazil. These engines where integrated into the boat to maintain optimal performance and capability in confronting with the extreme environment conditions expected for navigation. Recyclable Hull: Aluminum was the obvious choice for the main structure of the boat. Technically it performs very well in extreme temperatures. It is very light resistant and durable. Furthermore, aluminum is the most recyclable metal that exists. It can be recycled many times without loosing its qualities. Recycling aluminum uses only 5% of the energy required to produce it. LED Lighting: Sharing the same vision towards environmental protection as Mike Horn, Hong Kong based company, OPTILED has partnered with Pangaea with their energy-saving LED lamps and fixtures, including LED downlights for general functional ...
