12 March 2010 Baltic Trading NYSE Euronext Opening Bell

On Friday, March 12, Mr. Georgiopoulos and Mr. Wobensmith, accompanied by members of Baltic Tradings management team, visited the New York Stock Exchange and rang The Opening Bell to commemorate the companys recent initial public offering on the NYSE. Baltic Trading began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 under the symbol BALT. In addition to Baltic Trading, Mr. Georgiopoulos is chairman of three other public companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange including General Maritime Corporation (NYSE: GMR), Genco Shipping & Trading Limited (NYSE: GNK), and Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. (NYSE: ANW).
